case_count.php is reconstructed (and includes appeals, which it didn't previously). notes.php is reconstructed and renamed to http://zenith.homelinux.net/cotc/salaries.php to reflect its more general purpose. Its Assessor counterpart is http://zenith.homelinux.net/assessor/salaries.php (Feel free to scrape either/both of these, but watch out for schwa...)
