Nope, because Senator is redefined as a subset of first-class players... but I think this would actually be a good thing, though there might be quorum issues. If invaders have joined the Senate, and outnumber the rest-- at least enough so that AI-3 proposals can't be passed-- former players could be called back to vote... -- -c.
