A return to Points.  Ever since colored VCs we've had "multiple types
of stuff" economies, and I guess we stopped using points long before I
registered, so gameplay with a point economy would be quite novel at
least for me.  You gain points for passed proposals, judged CFJs, ...,
as well as through whatever contests exist, and can spend them to
increase voting limits, make proposals distributable, etc.  Therefore,
(a) wins by high score are easier to reach than currently and (b) you
have to weigh spending points against saving them, a mechanic which I
suspect gets tired out but which we also haven't had for some time.

Oh, and repeal complex points; they were an interesting idea but never
really came out to much.
