It was possibly the most scammed concept in recent years. It used to seem like hardly a month went by without comex thinking up some new sort of partnership scam, and he wasn't even the only person doing it. I think the main reasons it were repealed were that we no longer have enough people active to justify the maintenance, and that pretty much every angle of the concept had been explored over the last few years. -- ais523
