Here I just number and repeat four new proposals that were made. Voting

I propose that rule 311 be amended by deleting the text “There is no
other way to win.”

327 (Walker):
I propose to amend Rule 310 by replacing "inpermissible" with
"impermissible".

328 (Walker):
I propose to make Rule 109 mutable.

329 (Michael):
I propose we repeal rule 219.
