Sorry, meant to add that.

  - Most moves had no specification.  Since Rules say it's (lat,lon), I'd
    assume (lat,lon).

  - woggle specified (lat,lon).

  - in scshunt's move of 9 stones only, e specified (row,col) in replying to
    your report.  So if, in that report, you had rows as lat and cols as lon,
    no problem.  If you reversed that in that report, there's some confusion.

    Looking back at that report (Jul 12), you had indeed reversed things.
    For example, my (4,1) move was in row 1,col 4.  So that's the one move
    you have to worry about.

    I bet if you do it as if the reply of (row,col) referred to your backwards
    report (so those 9 moves are lon,lat), no one would argue.  It's pretty
    clear that that was the intended move.

    In other words, the only thing wrong with your latest report was probably
    just missing my last moves!
