Just say 12 weeks; we already use "N days before/after" to mean "a
span of time lasting N full days after", not "the Nth start-of-day
after", and have this rule:
These definitions do not apply to relative durations (e.g.
"within <number> days after <event>").
Incidentally, this issue also applies to the definition of EXILE.
