I went looking for the last ruleset in the archives found at http://www.mail-archive.com/agora-official@agoranomic.org/info.html
where the link points to from the Agora homepage. I couldn't find any after sometime in May; those archives are either incomplete or I failed to find things when searching for "logical ruleset" and sorting by date... I registered to the mailing lists again, and in those archives I found the message holding this ruleset: https://www.eecs.berkeley.edu/~charles/agora/current_flr.txt which is dated September 14. Then the next batch of proposals were assessed December 13, and G. posted an unofficial ruleset December 14, incorporating those changes. So unless I'm missing something, there's no catching up to do on the ruleset, just fixing up the FLR data for those last changes and then be prepared to take care of the changes from the next batch? If that's the case, it's sad that no-ones doing it, and I just might. -Tiger
