As a recordkeepor, I like the fact that the addition of some admittedly slightly-complex Rules language makes tracking the time period much easier from a glance at the date. Also, even without this in the Rules, it's possible that this would be in the range of a reasonable judge's interpretation of "a month ago" whenever it comes up, and it's a useful time period to define for all kinds of things. And I *think* it extrapolates cleanly to "N months ago"... -G.
