Well, it's not required in the sense that if you vote you would get in
trouble. If you voted now, it just wouldn't be counted. Don't want you
to be too nervous of trying things; unless the rules say something is
specifically ILLEGAL or that you MUST NOT do it, you can try, and the
worst that happens is it doesn't succeed. -G.
