I've just been vacillating a bit on whether to initiate elections, since nobody seemed to actually notice the proposal-initiated elections of April 7, but I think that with two vacant deputisable offices, plus Referee after proposal resolution, it's most appropriate not to. However, if you try to initiate one with 4 support, I'll support.
