We're talking about "OFF: [Promotor] Distribution of Proposal 7682", right? It appears to lack a Message-ID, which may be related. However, it was definitely received on 12 Jul: Received: (qmail 28557 invoked from network); 12 Jul 2014 01:52:32 -0000 Received: from host-208-72-124-99.dyn.295.ca (HELO orolo) (208.72.124.99) by vps.qoid.us with SMTP; 12 Jul 2014 01:52:32 -0000 http://iw.qoid.us/message/.7.txt In fact, there are no messages from 15 Jul at all. Make sure you're looking at the right Received entry - my server's are in -0000, not +0100.
