I was mainly bringing this in because the CFJ I mentioned (involving Annabel) dealt with uncertainty around "all" and "every", so it might be a good case to look at (I don't remember the judge's arguments, just that e found that "all" was ambiguous). Then I couldn't find the CFJ number, so I don't know if the reasons are good ones...
