As IADoP, I hereby initiate elections for Referee and Minister of GNP (both vacant since Erivitus resigned earlier this week).
Is there a particular reason why Rule 2154 section a) doesn't include "if the office is vacant"? I hereby initiate Agoran decisions to determine the new holders of these offices. The valid options are the players and the vote collector is me. Note that Rule 1006 (which takes precedence over Rule 2154) would prevent a non-consenting player from being installed.
