This proposed rule worries me, mostly in terms of potential rules implications. 3 might not be high enough to /actually/ pause the world, and yet it's probably high enough to stop us determining what exactly happened. (It's also uncomfortably close to the rule that killed B.) That said, I personally am ready to restart Agora, but the problem is that we need activity to persuade people to play, and players in order to produce activity. So I agree with the sentiment of "get eight people together, then restart". How many people are ready to restart right now? -- ais523
