So in effect, the first Card was awarded and the second wasn't. However,
the first Card was awarded on loose grounds ("terrible and circular" logic
indeed), but the second Card (which didn't work) cited an offense that
deserved a Card.

Punishing the innocent and failing to punish the guilty, all in one message!
