I'm treating them like an *asset*.  I make no value judgements.

Maybe after a few rounds of trading (if any trading even happens), 
*then* someone can pass a rule on whether holding a green card 
carries a penalty or a boon...

Note:  I pledge to only do this with Green.  I'll always treat
the other cards as if they have serious negative value.
