DIS: Automation status update

I've set up a PostgreSQL database with relevant gamestate (as of some
time last Monday) and event log going back to 1/1/2018, and
http://zenith.homelinux.net/adop/report.php which auto-generates all the
things. Next up is to create and use a UI to record new events and
update relevant tables (e.g. report.last_published for a "report
published" event), hopefully within the next few days.
