I was thinking a while ago that it would be interesting to make contracts disappear if they are not actively maintained, e.g. by posting the full text and set of parties every month. Another reason to do this is that I find it a bit unsettling that I can't practically know what contracts exist, even public ones, because they aren't tracked. It doesn't seem to have much practical consequence, so I'm not sure it's worth adding bureaucracy.
