Okay, first off, I should mention for the record that those archives might not be 100% accurate. Secondly, I nominate Proposal 8167, "Ritual Sacrifice", by G. It spawned a bunch of gameplay, including several contracts (there was a Church of the Ritual [1], a Reformed Church of the Ritual [2], and a Reformed Reformed Church of the Ritual [3]) and CFJs (CFJs 3730 [4] and 3747 [5], at least).
