Rule 2553 "Win by Paradox" specifically requires a CFJ to be judged PARADOXICAL, which is something very different to what has happened here.
And how is PARADOXICAL different from the inability up till now to decide whether the text is clear or unclear?

(Trying to learn the nuances here.)

PARADOXICAL is a judgement that can be assigned as an alternative to TRUE or FALSE, as described in Rule 591 "Delivering Judgements". It is to be used when the case is logically undecidable due to something relevant to the game itself. Currently the case is open, which means it has no assigned judgement at all. Right now there is dissent over the truth of the matter, but to claim a win by paradox a judge would need to decide that the answer is entirely undecidable as the result of a paradox. That is unlikely here as the difficulty in settling a judgement is stemming from a challenging rule interpretation rather than a logical error.
