There is no infraction. No Faking requires an untrue statement. Leaving aside whether taking an action is even making a statement, the rules explicitly allow any unregulated action (R2125). Collecting taxes is unregulated, so e can do this; it just has no game effect. -- nix Prime Minister, Herald
