I like it!

I think that "what" should be "type", and that perhaps a generic JSON
object can be included as "what" instead of a string. For example, say that
these two repos are merged, or players are doing more complex events (EG if
this were to be used for proposals, or even simpler asset transfers).
I think that "url" should exist as an optional param associated with where,
so that when there is an archive link to the event, it can be directly
linked.

I can't think of anything else though!
