The page is barely a page at all, but I haven't had much time to stop
and think about what to put there. I welcome suggestions, though.
Maybe a list of significant changes to gameplay (Slope, devaluation),
and in the case of the Boulder, a graph starting with the first
Slope-based reset?
The same goes for Registrar.
Maybe a summary of the Registrar's duties and relevant rules. Bonus
points for a graph of number of players (total / active) over time.
