We've had a persistent problem recently where we keep repealing the
economy and not replacing it with anything, and subgames have generally
had a hard time starting. So Agora has been fairly quiet.

(There have been a couple of attempts to make new economies, but they
failed due to, e.g., not having the officer power to track them. The
economy before that failed because it rewarded players for making
passing proposals and that ended up excessively distorting voting
patterns as players tried to deny each other rewards. IMO the fix to
this sort of problem is to make economic wins uncompetitive, so that
there's no reason for players to deny each other wins, but it didn't
happen.)
