In the directory that I dedicate to Agora, I have a subdirectory named “records”. There, I keep a script called “update”. It just fetches some URLs. In particular, the one you mention. So, to read the ruleset (because I always forget deadlines for answering CoEs or taking tabled actions, for example), I just get into that directory, do an `./update`, and open the resulting `slr.txt` with my text editor (`vis`, if you care). -- juan
