It was intentional and there is enough of a gap from my previous resignation that it did not fail. I double-checked this at the time. I'll publish an Arbitor report on Monday as normal and for as long as I think there's probably a non-negligible direct gameplay advantage to being able to choose where cases are assigned. ~qenya
