WHEREAS, the players of Agora have considered the proposals submitted in the past year; WHEREAS, in their judgment, the players of Agora have seen fit to award the Silver Quill to the proposal "Ribbons 2014"; and WHEREAS, the proposal "Ribbons 2014" was authored by ais523; be it hereby PROCLAIMED, that ais523 has been awarded the Patent Title of "Silver Quill 2015/07".
