A Proclamation WHEREAS it is proper and good that the accomplishments of Agorans be celebrated; WHEREAS it is now April, designated as Awards Month, during which the Silver Quill Patent Title is to be be awarded; WHEREAS it is the unanimous will of the players of Agora, made evident through their support and the total lack of objections, that G. receive the Silver Quill for authoring the outstanding Proposal 8167, "Ritual Sacrifice", which was the source of much gameplay and shenanigans despite, or perhaps because of, its remarkable simplicity; and WHEREAS it falls upon us, the Promotor, as the recordkeepor of proposals, to award the Silver Quill; THEREFORE, LET IT BE KNOWN that we, with 2 Agoran Consent, hereby bestow the Patent Title Silver Quill 2019 upon G; OF ALL WHICH the Players of Agora and all others whom these Presents may concern are hereby requested to take notice and to govern themselves accordingly.
