I initiate an Agoran decision to select the winner of the Registrar election. The Vote Collector is the ADoP (me), the valid options are juan and ziproot (and any others who become candidates during the voting period), the voting method is instant runoff, and quorum is 6 (based on 10 voters on Proposal 8856).
The extended voting period will end in a few minutes. As of this writing, it will fail quorum: * juan has 2 votes (emself and Jason) * ziproot has 2 votes (emself and Murphy)
