This is just a quick development update to let you know that I have filled in all missing sections in the user manual. It's still beta but it now contains information on the DM maps, keys to navigate the chat history and simpler console commands.
There are still bugs/suggestions from the TODO list to go in, and a spell check needs doing, but overall it's almost thee I think. You can access it at http://docs.agrip.org.uk/ -- if you wanted to look up something but found ``FIXME'' then try again now :-). Thanks to all those who have replied so far regarding the research -- it is looking promising, but please don't let that stop you (if you have not volunteered yet) from doing so -- we need 10 participants :-). I will work on getting clearance and setting up a web form over the next two weeks so that after we get back from the Christmas break we can finalise the questions and get the system set up. I'm now working on the development manual again. It's not going to get finished this weekend, but I will be able to add some good QuakeC resources to it. Describing the individual AGRIP functions should be easy, because they are all fully commented anyway, so as soon as you can read QuakeC you will be able to understand some of our system. I hope to document the overall design in detail at some point in the near future, though. Time for pizza now, though! best regards, -- Matthew T.
