Hi Roland, thanks so much for the compliments and for the feedback!
Yes, that is indeed a bug, and I'll look into fixing it. I have an idea
why it happens but I think it may actually be more to do with text
processing of Audio quake itself rather than the QC code, so this may be
one for Matthew and Sebby, but we'll see... <smile>
Anyway, thanks again and I'll keep you all up to date with the
release(s) and as usual, always welcome any feedback / concerns you may have.
Have a great day! and I may see ya as I pop in from time to time on tbrn
over the next few days! <smile> Talk with ya soon!...
Smiles,
Cara

Hi Cara and y'all
The only thing I can say is that these mods really rock the game ... The
bots are indeed hard to kill, but as they say around here <the longer you
practice, the better you'll become!>
I also found another bug in the mod, but I don't know why it happens: if
someone is killed, I really don't know how, a message is spoken with a lot
of mixed names ... <[B] [B] BG was criticview [B] was killed by criticview>
In any case, to conclude this message, <KEEP UP THIS NICE WORK ...>
Regards
Roland

The bots are hard--but I hate easy targets so it's all good. I'm willing
to wait, especially if you can come up with an option to not load the
taunts so we can use these mods in single player gaming.

Subject: [AGRIP-discuss] Bot craziness - your thoughts?... :)
Hi All, well for the past few days I've been observing on tbrn, while
the bots play each other and while they play humans.
They're pretty scary and I'm wondering what others think?...
They're fairly close to how they'll be in the next release of Jedi
Quake so I'm looking for feedback.
I plan to have some additional skill levels for them, where they'll
use the weapons / force powers as they now do on tbrn, and the skill
levels will be able to dial that back a bit if necessary. Do you all
think this is an appropriate skill for their highest level at
present?... I personally think they're pretty difficult adversaries at
this point... <smile>
What do you all think?...
I want them to be fun, and not just over the top impossible to beat.
<smile> So I'd like to hear your impressions from those just starting
out, vs those who've been playing for a while...
And would you all be into this next release being just these bot
improvements or would you like to wait a few more days / couple of
weeks so I can add another force power? What I'd like to do is to
release this version now, and then add three or so, force powers in the
next one which, incidentally, should only be a short time in coming...
Anyway, lemme know what y'all think and have fun gaming!...
Smiles,
Cara
