Hi.
I don't understand, you put bind leftarrow
There is nothing about how to tell it about the shift part. And also I
looked at the online manual, and I can't find where it says anything about
this. What section is it in?

Oh, what a goldmine! You guys, get ready for this. I just made an alias to

be able to turn normally while holding the arrows down--that is 45 degree
turns or whatever, but by holding shift and pressing the arrows I can now
snap to 90 degree turns! Boy, how long have we wanted this feature! Here's

the alias.
alias +KeyChanger
bind leftarrow "+Left90";bind rightArrow "+right90"
alias -keychanger
bind leftArrow "+left;wait;-left";bind rightarrow "+right;wait;-right"
(remember the plus and minus signs before alias names) Now you can turn
normally, or using the shift key, you can snap to those 90
degree turns, but you'll have to assign a different speed key--or just have
speed always active like I do now. I might have written parts of it
wrong--just remember to put the leftarrow and rightarrow in all caps. I
also bound the enter key to allow me to make snap 180 degree turns. If you
want I will send you the aliases for the turns as well.
Also, other keys can be given second functions. For example, if I hold down

shift and hit ctrl I do a rocket jump. I am going to write scripts that
play with the detection ranges too, in hopes that I can get a better
over-all auditory map of my surroundings. Think of it now though--you have
tons of new options open--twice the number of keys!
