'ello and I hope everyone had a great Christmas!
I've found out how to coax doxygen into including the code in the
documentation it generates. I hope that this makes it more useful, as
per Guitar Babe's suggestions. Please take a look at the new
documentation at the following address and let me know what you think
and what improvements are necessary. If it is OK, we can use it to
document the code and I will continue adding more documentation to the
code so that you can use it to find out all you need (between it and the
development manual I'm writing) about how to mod AQ.
