The previous suggestion of using the GNU compilers is perfectly valid, but probably quite hard to set up. There is another way...
You should just be able to open up the Visual Studio sln file and have it work out-of-the-box. You will need (probably) to apply our ``vidnull'' patch, too. I am sure that this is (poorly) explained in the manual, which brings me on to the next question... how is the manual not meeting your expectations? Where and how can I improve it to help you know what you need to know? It is very important to us that the documentation is as helpful as possible so that you can get the most out of the project as a whole. [ BTW I'm having problems getting hold of a recent build for Windows on account of not having Windows installed and no free HDD space, so if you could build a normal and vidnull version I could finally make a releaes of AQ for all supported platforms! ] Looking forward to your(s and anyone else's) feedback... best regards, -- Matthew Tylee Atkinson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> _______________________________________________ AGRIP-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.agrip.org.uk/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/agrip-discuss
