There was an overkill QMOD file at one point and it would be good to resurrect it. I have just put the one I have at http://mta.agrip.org.uk/overkill01.qmod but I don't have the source code for it (well, maybe I do; haven't looked thoroughly). Let me know if that one works, anyway -- you should be able to install it as normal and access it from the mods menu in the launcher.
