Lee, are you using JFW? What system are you trying the install on?… Also, when exactly, are you getting the error msg?…
Now, let me assume a couple of things here, and say this; If you're using JFW on Windows XP, and are getting the error on the second or third screen of the install (I believe) then try turning off JFW after the initial screen of the setup program comes up, and use narrator to continue the install. I believe the error only happens on the second or third screen of the setup, so you may be able to reinstate JFW after those screens and have the install work. If not, you'll need to use narrator and the install should work fine.
