I am back from my too short hollyday. Rob, JQ 4.2 sources are not
available, only Cara has it as I know, and for the moment she is
looking for it, not sure she's gonna find it because of her computer
crash. At the moment you can go there:

There you'll find what you're looking for, at least for version 4.1 I
mean, which is almost the same as 4.2 with the only difference that in
4.2, MAUTH protocol is supported, so not a big difference.
