Hi there!

It's been a long, I'm sorry. You'll understand, I failed 5 exams... so I didn't
have a lot of

time for AQ.

Since now, I can say I've created something relatively stable. It's still a
beta version, but

most of the major bugs were fixed. What I have to code now is the new features.
Tonny and Elliott, I'm sorry I hadn't answered earlier, but now it's been done.
Here is the bash

script for the automatic reloading:
http://aq.krisspace.net/chk_aq_procs.sh
You put this one whereever you want, and you edit your crons like this:
* * * * * /home/yourname/.zquake/chk_aq_procs.sh >>
/home/yourname/.zquake/chk_aq_procs.log
Of course change yourname by your... name xD

Tonny, you'd asked something about aliasses before... In servers, there are no
aliasses. Of

course, you can (at least I think so) code your aliasses to make some configs
faster when

moderating your server. Personally I use no aliasses in my server configs.

Now, about JQ itselves. At first, go there to download the latest sources:
http://aq.krisspace.net/src-jq43b-Jan-26th-2011.zip

As this one is a kind of "stable beta" release, I decided to make it accessible
for not

developers. It would be cool if someone could post that link on klango and
audiogames, I really

have no time to do that...
http://aq.krisspace.net/jediquake43b.qmod
For those who have Andre's version, I've included a simple zip archive, because
the .qmod won't

work. They simply have to unzip it in the AudioQuake directory. The link is the
same but with

.zip at the end, as follows:
http://aq.krisspace.net/jediquake43b.zip

Of course, in that beta there are still lots of bugs, but at least there is
nothing that may

cause big crashes, or at least I think so. The only thing I couldn't fix and
that was causing

some crashes is when someone leaves the game (or gets kicked), but it's a beta
lol!

If you want to know what I'm going to do now, read all the text files included
in the sources

package, they are precise enough.

BTW, now at aq.krisspace.net:27501, you'll find an overkill server. I've
disabled cheats, as overkill is really borring with cheats I think...

Have all a nice day,
smiles,
Chris
