Narrated by Ibn Umar (Radhiallaho anho): Al-Abbas (Radhiallaho anho) asked the permission from the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) to stay at Mecca during the nights of Mina in order to provide water to the people, so the Prophet allowed him.
