Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu Agriculture - 28th Shawwal 1426 (1 December 2005) Narrated Salim (Radhiallaho anho): Abdullah bin 'Umar (Radhiallaho anho) said, "I knew that the land was rented for cultivation in the life-time of Allah's Messenger (sallallaahu'alaihi wasallam) ." Later on Ibn 'Umar was afraid that the Prophet had forbidden it, and he had no knowledge of it, so he gave up renting his land. Bukhari Vol. 3 : No. 536
