pak yasa, mungkin 'rugi' dalam arti kita tidak bisa dapat mobil pengganti (ie. uang yang sudah dikeluarkan untuk cicilan, tidak kembali). namun, menurut saya sebenarnya posisinya adalah square. hutang di-set off dengan claim asuransi. si leasee tidak punya hutang lagi, lessor sudah dapat pembayaran.
