Hi everybody, Interactive Variogram is a free standalone application for investigating interactively and immediately the response of variogram to movement of sample points. It has been written in Java and could be run on different platforms such as Windows, Linux and MacOS well. Thanks to its novel and innovative design the quality of variogram considerably has been enhanced especially around the origin (short distances), moreover all information of experimental variogram including number of pairs (p), distance (h), and gamma (g) are shown on figure. It computes the omnidirectional 2D variogram and can be used for quality test of variography in terms of responding to distribution form of samples in area of study as well. It is strongly recommended for all practitioners interested in developing the understanding of spatial distribution of samples. It is available for free at the following address:
