Hello Aakash You can register for another secondary library. You can be a member of more than one libraries on Sugamya Pustakalaya.
The main function is to get offline services. Example, you can request for a book to be sent to you on a physical media. Your offline request goes to the library that you have chosen. Member of any library will have access to all books available on Sugamya Pustakalaya. You are not restricted to books of any single library. Each library is free to have their own membership fee and rules. Thus, which ever library you choose may have their own terms and conditions for membership.
