Yes, That exactly is the purpose of Sugamya Pustakalaya. No matter who prepares the books, all users will get all their books from a single platform. This also is aan enabler to University enabling units and public library or any organization providing services to end users near them. All such libraries can register their members on Sugamya Pustakalaya and provide any book to them that exists on the platform.
The Sugamya Pustakalaya also has a provision to put in your request so that libraries could take up production of these books in accessible format and make them available on the online library platform.
