Dear All,
I am using JAWS 18 on a Dell Inspiron 13 5378 machine with Windows 10.
Although NVDA is working perfectly well on it, JAWS is very often a
little slower than ideal. It feels somewhat like working on power
saver mode.
The second problem is that at times, it is not possible to type the
letter g in an edit field. The issue disappears once I unload and
reload JAWS, but only to resurface later. Again, no such thing happens
with NVDA which is running smoothly enough on the computer.
I have tried reinstalling JAWS, but with no luck. Where may the
problem lie, with JAWS, Windows or Dell? Can anyone please help?
Thanks,
Moiz.
