Hi friends, Hope everyone is well. As per my subject line I'm facing problem to open MS word file received via mail.
After downloading the file trying to open, getting message that [Microsoft sub menu.[ unknown. one of my sighted colleague has also tried to open, but unable to solve my issue. I'm using NVDA, window-10 and MS office 2010 in HP laptop. Its appreciable if anyone can assist me in this regard. Thanks. Disclaimer: 1.
