Itel has some models with built-in screen reader called King voice. It is
suitable for those who want basic functions like calling, listening music
and radio etc. I have 1 model 5623, it supports reading menus, but not read
some menus inside settings and not supported in all apps. Internet is not
accessible. It read messages and phone book, but not read while composing
messages, and saving new contacts. It reads while dialing, will say
incomming call once, but no option to know signal strength , battery status
and time. I heard a new model 7100 with improved accessibility which
includes reading while typing. I am not sure. You can find King voice
handsets from Itels website.

Hello sir,
The new Jio phone doesn't support screen readers. However, There is a
brand which makes feature phones with basic talking features.
