Hi Pablo, ZFS ACL's are also available on OpenSolaris and it works well with virtualbox (Solaris 10 for x86 too). If you don't want to deal with a full solaris/opensolaris, you may also want to boot from a live opensolaris environment. The milax project offers livecd/usb for x86 machines and a useful Wanboot image for sparc machines.
