Yes,  prelink ran.  I got the following error at the end of the log file.

/usr/sbin/prelink: Could not prelink /usr/bin/pk11install because its 
dependency /usr/lib/libsoftokn3.so could not be prelinked
Prelinking /usr/sbin/aide


I guess I have some reading to do.  I don't as yet know what it does, let alone 
whether or not I should disable it in my case.
